Unles listing states otherwise, we accept Paypal only or Cash on Pick-up, and due within 4 days
We will only ship to your CONFIRMED Paypal address as per eBay & PayPal buyer & seller protection policies!  No Exceptions 
Local Pick Up
Payment may be made on pick up.
Generally local pick up is not an option, we do however make exceptions for large, heavy or fragile items that carry a premium to ship,
we would rather pass on the savings to you than to give it to the freight companies. Please contact us to see if pickup is an option.

***Tax Info***

Canada
As per Revenue Canada guidelines for on-line sales,
Taxes are required for items shipped to a Canadian address & are applied to total sale price including S&H portion. 
–ON, residents Add 13% HST
-NS, PEI, NF & NB Add 15% HST
-The remainder of Canada Add 5% HST.
(If you have any questions, comments related to tax laws please direct them to the appropriate CDN Government GST/HST & or PST Departments.) 

USA & International Countries –
We are not required to collect Tax on any parcels shipped outside Canada.  
Buyer is responsible for any duty tax, fees etc. that may be req’d for your Country. 
Please refer to your Government Customs Border policies via phone or internet if you would like to confirm any
duty tax,  fees etc. that you may be required to pay, if any at all. *

 

***Non-Paying Bidders***

All Non-paying bidders are reported to eBay regardless of the reason after the 4th day; 
eBay requires sellers to do so in order to get reimbursed for listing and final value fees charged to our account for your purchase,
this also gives us authorization to re-list the item! However, it will count as a non-paying strike against your account and may or may not result in your eBay account being suspended depending on eBay’s non- paying bidders / suspension policies.

***Shipping Info***

We use Canada Post / USPS for delivery.
We CANNOT use your shipper or choice of shipper.
Your Confirmed Paypal address must be deliverable by CPC / USPS.

S&H is Flat rate for each Country unless otherwise stated in a particular listing!
If you are in a Rush simply send me a quick e-mail so I may send you an estimate for more S&H options.
Once payment is received in full, you will receive a “Shipping Notification” from us within 0-48 hrs,
which provides info on when your parcel is shipped, when to expect your parcel etc!
Canada Post rates differ substantially from U.S. Postal rates and we do our absolute best to keep rates the lowest possible.
Remote areas such as Northern Canadian Territories & Non-Mainland U.S. States may or may not incur extra shipping charges.

***Delivery Info***

Shipments are done every Mon & Fri.
Delivery within Canada usually takes 3-7 business days.
USA delivery usually takes 6-14 business days,
Overseas delivery if applicable can take from 2-6 weeks or longer.
These times are approximate, we have seen sooner and the odd time later.
International orders crossing borders can be withheld for inspection by border agencies. Remote areas can take longer.

***Refund/Exchange***

Unless otherwise stated in a particular auction; 
Exchange offered within 7 days of the close of Listing for defective items only! Refunds NOT offered!.

In order to return an item,
you must email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and shipping instructions.
Returns will not be honoured without RMA#

As is untested final sale items are exactly that, no exchanges.
