This listing is for a BRAND NEW Gentex autodimming inside rearview mirror with Homelink® (VERSION 5) garage door opener controls & BLUE compass display & BLUE backlit buttons. This is the same mirror Toyota uses on the higher end 2016-2023 Tacoma, but for a far lower cost than what you’d pay for it at the dealer! This is a PLUG AND PLAY upgrade for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma trucks that are currently equipped with the factory auto dim mirror that has a 12 pin connector on the back. Listing is for the mirror only; no wiring included as you’ll simply unplug your OEM mirror and plug this one in. Then calibrate the compass, program the Homelink® buttons and you’re all set (instructions included). Mirror will work with all openers, new ones and older ones. This mirror also has the garage door status indicator built in (only works with openers equipped with this feature).Mirror will fit trucks equipped with the optional safety systems! This mirror DOES have the BLUE backlit buttons!Remember – your truck MUST currently have the factory 12 pin autodim compass mirror for this mirror to be plug & play.IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING 2020 thru 2023 MODELS: Most 2020 thru 2023 Tacoma trucks will not have constant power on the wire in the bottom row of 12 pin factory mirror connector, even though the wire is there! Refer to the last picture for reference (wire colors may not be the same). Before purchasing this mirror, be sure to check your truck to see if has constant power between the wire in the bottom row and the fourth wire from the left in the upper row. If it does not, the Homelink buttons will not function. For this, we can supply you with a custom wiring adapter (for an additional cost) that would allow the mirror to be plug & play, but in this situation, Homelink® will only operate when the ignition is on.3 year warranty on mirror.Shipping will be via insured USPS Priority Mail.
