The reason it is called used is that it was returned to Breedlove and cannot be sold again as new. This one has a scuff on the tip of the headstock, and on the treble side where the fretboard meets the cutaway. It also has a foggy finish on the bass side of the headstock and a groove in the bass side of the neck by the 15th fret. The photos you see in this ad are actual photos of the one you will get.
