MODEL TR-2000 PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATIONS HEADSET We can make this headset for almost any amateur radio transceiver from Kenwood, Icom, Yaesu, Elecraft, FLEX RADIO, Ten-Tec, Xiegu, and almost all others. They can be made for most old or new radios. Just send us a message with your radio’s make and model number, and we will tell you if we can make this great headset for your transceiver. This ebay offer includes FOOT PEDDLE PUSH-TO-TALK on a separate cable that we will wire into the mic. connector, so the whole setup will be ready to plug in and use, with no soldering or other technical work. With this offer, we also inlcude a hand operated PTT on a separate cable. The operator may switch back and forth between the two PTTs, as desired, utilizing the included plug-in connectors (high quality 3.5mm plugs and jacks). The TR-2000 headset features a superior sounding noise cancelling electret microphone for optimum compatibility with amateur radio transceivers, and powerful clear sounding ear speakers equipped with over-the-ear muffs.(The earphones are not noise cancelling.) The TR-2000 headset also has a luxury padded headband. The flexible boom may be bent in any direction, anywhere along its length and is spring loaded to hold its adustmemt better. The boom length may be adjusted to move in and out of the left ear cup, to suit any operator’s size. It doesn’t matter what connector your transceiver uses, because we have almost all of them- 8-pin round, 8-pn modular, 4-pin round, 6-pin modular, and others. Our technicians are familiar with the requirements of virtually all amateur radio transceivers. No “adapters” are required because we hard-wire the radio specific connectors directly onto the end of the TR2000’s 5-foot I/O cable, and the PTT jack also is wired into the mic. connector. But if you wish to use multiple radios, we can provide an adapter-based interconnect system for your apecific situation, at extra cost. Just send us an ebay message for information about this option. This headset is monaural (both ears have identical sound).
