All cases sold are double boxed for privacy and to prevent damage. All cases are FACTORY SEALED and are not opened prior to shipping.  Mattel no longer uses a special tape to seal. Packages are shipped Monday through Friday, and most Saturdays.  Even Grana Toys is limited to the postal schedule of Holidays and Sundays. Domestic Shipping We prefer to ship via USPS, but do offer FedEx services.  Please message or email us to arrange any shipping methods you may need that differ from your choices.  We will be happy to discuss and accommodate you. Case shipping prices are determined by weight and zip code. Please add all of the items you would like to purchase to the eBay cart and then Commit to Buy and request an invoice.  We do combine shipping! International Shipping International shipping is based on actual weight and a handling and packaging charge. Any packages over 4 pounds must ship via USPS Priority Mail USPS International First Class Mail – delivery times are 6-10 weeks, depending on your location. Please refer to our feedback regarding item condition. 99.9% of all shipments arrive in perfect condition, but we cannot guarantee each item will be perfect. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise. If an item is returned for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  In this case, shipping charges will not be refunded.
