These locks are new in bulk packaging. (Simple plastic bag) These ARE California approved. They do have the extra metal shield on the cable. If for any reason they dont fit or you aren’t happy, please return them for a full refund. Sorry but these locks do not match the keys of our trigger locks or our older cable locks. Need more than 10 keyed alike? You can order up to 72 with the same key. Just order them at the same time and we will key them the same. Additional gun locks are available in our Ebay store. We sell singles all the way up to 96 packs in our store and can provide up to 500 keyed alike upon request. Shipping is FREE to the US via Fedex ground or USPS Priority mail (we try to use the quicker shipping depending on your area) and $30 to Canada via USPS First Class mail. Shipping • We ship all items to the US and most items to Canada. Gun locks will ship anywhere in world. • Some heavier items are limited to the lower 48 (US only) see specific item description. • We will expedite orders. Email us for quotes.
